Position Summary :

The Parts Refurbishment Specialist for KR Automation is responsible for cleaning and prepping new inventory for listing.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Ensuring parts are organized and clean Maintain a clean, organized area Keep cleaning supply stations stocked and report low inventory to supervisors Identify damaged or incomplete parts Keep Pallets sorted and labeled with plant locations Use a pallet jack, forklift or other equipment as needed Meet goals as outlined by management.

All other tasks as assigned by management Required Skills :

Engaging personality and optimistic outlook Ability to handle confidential information Effective communication skills, both oral and written Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Education and Experience : High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Demands : Occasionally ascends / descends a ladder to work with inventory The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand Frequently moves boxes or parts weighing up to 75 pounds for various needs Character Traits Required to be Successful in this Position : Team Player- works well with others, consistently does what they say they will do, contributes to the overall organization by offering feedback in a positive and respectful manner, shows support and provides help when needed Organized-meticulous planner Efficient- capable of producing desired results without wasting materials, time or energy Attention to Detail – being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions Motivated – show up having a desire to work Observant – quick to notice what is going on around you Decisiveness – ability to recognize key factors and finalize decisions Cooperative – get along with people Integrity – being honest and ethical Leadership – willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction Dedicated – committed to the success of the project and the company Details : Part - Time : Flexible scheduling around school hours if needed $15 / hr Powered by JazzHR
