Associate Dentist

Full Time 4 days per week

In our private practice the associate dentist has their own patient base and a steady stream of new patients. Our current associate is retiring from dentistry, and we need to bring on a rock star associate to take her place. Our practice is well rooted in the community and with zero marketing we maintain a new patient footprint of 20-30 a month. About the Role

• Assist in creating a unique, customer-focused dental experience for patients.
• Utilize diagnostic data to determine needs and treatment goals; develop and discuss treatment plan options with patients.
• Collaborate with Perio, Oral Surgery and Orthodontists to enhance patient experience and treatment.
• Maintain detailed patient records to inform treatment plans and after-care.
• Administer anesthetics, when necessary.
• Providing support and advice to patients receiving long-term care.
• Pay is 33% of collection to start.
• Flexible schedule paid weekly.
