About Christina General Manager
Hello, my name is Christina Stephens, and I am the General Manager for The NOW in Seattle Fremont. I have over 15 years in the wellness industry and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist in both Texas and Washington State. Before I became an LMT, I worked in corporate settings as a high-level administrator and executive project manager. This professional experience has allowed me to be a bridge and develop massage therapists into leaders in their field, while simultaneously understanding what it takes to run a successful business. I believe being connected to the community is the lifeblood of beneficial mutual aid, being a great human, and ultimately creating a thriving business built on serving others. I am proud to have called Seattle home for 13 years and thrilled to be in the iconic Fremont neighborhood. If you get my out of office, chances are I'm with people I love, our animals, and in nature. I look forward to connecting with you!

About Joe Lead Therapist
I bring over five years of experience as a licensed therapist in both New Jersey and Washington State, and a strong foundation in stretch therapy and personal training. I bring a well-rounded, results-focused approach to bodywork. Before entering the wellness field, I spent time working in the film industry; an experience that deepened my appreciation for movement, posture, and performance under pressure. I specialize in deep tissue therapy and am passionate about helping clients regain proper range of motion and functional movement. My goal is always to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support each guests return to an active, balanced lifestyle. I pride myself on being a supportive leader and trainer who looks to bring out the best in each therapist. Ask me about my annual trip to Jamaica!

Responsibilities:
Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.
Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.)
Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided.
Full and Part-Time positions available.
Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy who possess the right qualities, as well as demonstrate innate talent for, and understanding of, therapeutic massage.
Requirements:
Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.
License/certification required in state of practice. Must present a license/certificate during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired.
Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
Excellent guest service skills.
Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Availability for at least one PM and one weekend shift (Friday PM counts as a weekend shift).
Physical demands of the job include:
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols. Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
