Job Description

As a Security Officer - Dispatch Commercial in Santa Ana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting the security-related operations within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring activity, coordinating timely responses, and providing clear communication with both team members and visitors. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining a visible and professional presence while utilizing technology such as computers or tablets. DayTime Thur 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM Fri 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM Sat 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM Sun 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
