The right candidate will play a key role in ensuring patients fully understand their treatment options, financial obligations, and scheduling needs while maintaining accuracy and professionalism across all front-office operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Verify dental insurance benefits and accurately enter coverage details into the practice management system.
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, including explanation of coverage, copays, and out-of-pocket costs.
- Collect and post patient payments (copays, balances, deposits) at time of service.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments to maintain an efficient, productive schedule.
- Manage financial arrangements, pre-authorizations, and payment plans in coordination with the Office Manager.
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and accurate documentation.
- Maintain excellent customer service by greeting patients warmly, answering calls, and resolving inquiries professionally.
- Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions.

- iTero Lumina Pro (scanning integration and treatment visualization)

Ideal Candidate :
- Minimum 2 years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience .
- Proficient with dental insurance verification and explanation of benefits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
- Confident presenting treatment and discussing finances with patients.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Team player who demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and initiative.
- Familiarity with PPO plans and membership plans preferred.
- Positive friendly attitude
- Bilingual in Spanish / English is a plus
