Key Responsibilities
Make 30+ outbound calls per day to engage business leaders
Educate clients on navigating the portal and utilizing resources
Manage assigned client lists and maintain engagement metrics
Required Qualifications
2+ years in customer service, sales, or call center roles
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Comfortable with fast-paced and repetitive tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based tools
