Digital Asset Manager - Librarian

Overview

We are hiring a Digital Asset Manager (Librarian).

How You Will Make An Impact

• Be primary support for a digital asset management program for a global enterprise.
• Support cross-functional teams and partners such as creatives, product managers, developers, business stakeholders, vendors and partners, to make assets and information available to a global audience.
• Assist and lead DAM processes through the asset lifecycle, including workflows for creation, naming and approval of assets; uploading, tagging, and sharing content; syndication of assets and information to partners; and depreciating and archiving assets.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
• Support development of metadata structure to ensure assets are findable. Proactively maintains metadata, ensures metadata is being applied properly by users, and audits metadata as needed.
• Support development and maintenance of permission structures to ensure proper access without compromising security.
• Provides troubleshooting and support for DAM users.
• Provides regular reporting and tracking for business groups.
• Support localization of global content and quality of various language translations.
• Continuously improve and keep up-to-date with DAM application and industry best practices. Communicate updates to library processes and content.
• Maintains a high level of customer service and adhere to customer SLAs.

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of digital asset management experience
• Experience with tagging digital assets
• Experience working with global teams with diverse goals and use cases
• Ability to prioritize projects, handle multiple tasks, and manage competing deadlines
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Widen (or chosen DAM).
• Developing and managing metdata

Compensation

Compensation:

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $54,300/Yr - USD $57,700/Yr and is an Exempt role.

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
