      Description : The

      client is seeking a System Administrator 2 to provide tier 1 and 2 helpdesk

      support.

      Onsite

      work will be located at the agency’s Centre County Regional Office :

      595

      E. Rolling Ridge Dr.

      Bellefonte Pa. 16823

      The

      successful applicant must be capable of meeting or exceeding challenging

      deadlines while performing daily duties that will include :

    • Provide
    • Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support. Support will include hands-on,

      telephone, and remote support for local and field staff.

    • Configure
    • and install personal computers, laptops, and tablets.

    • Install
    • approved peripheral hardware to include both networked and local printers,

      multi-function devices and agency specific hardware.

    • Monitors
    • and respond to user created ticket via the agency helpdesk system.

    • Provide
    • basic hardware and software training to users related to desktop use and

      accessing network resources.

    • Work
    • towards departmental and project deadlines.

    • Document
    • and present recommendations for issue / risk remediation to team leads and

      managers.

    • Other
    • duties as assigned.

      Requirements :

      Microsoft Windows 11 - 2+ years

      Microsoft Windows Server 2019 / 2022 - 1+ year

      Microsoft Active Directory - 1+ year

      Microsoft Office 365 - 1+ year

      Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager - 1+ year
