The Operations Manager, MRO Services plays a key role in ensuring our maintenance operations run safely, efficiently, and with the same care and attention to detail that define the Company's experience. This role leads our dedicated maintenance team at the Los Angeles facility, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
The Operations Manager, MRO Services is responsible for all aircraft maintenance related product support functions for the Company. The following are direct reports into this position : Maintenance Supervisors. The Aircraft Maintenance Controllers will have a dotted line reporting relationship into this position.

The likely salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly other requirements.
