Job Summary
NCC has two opportunities in the Admissions Department : an Intake Advisor and an Enrollment Advisor. These professional individuals will be responsible for recruiting and enrolling students for all programs at NCC.
Enrollment Advisor Roles and Responsibilities
- Advise prospective students regarding the process for enrollment in college courses
- Educate prospective students regarding the details of their chosen program of study and the job outlook for their chosen career pathway
- Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and text
- Meet and interview prospective students
- Meet department goals for booked appointments, interviews performed, and overall performance
- Making calls recruiting prospective students from our prospect Directory
- Answer prospective students’ questions
- Facilitate the enrollment process for a student once interested in attending school
- Outgoing calls or emails daily following up with potential students and continuing relationships with rehab counselors and agency case managers
- Follow up with students and refocus on progress through goal setting. Work closely with the staff communicating student progress
Intake Advisor Roles and Responsibilities
Meet productivity and success outcome standards outlined by leadership, including appointment booking rates, appointment no-show rates, and lead call volume rates.Deliver excellent customer service at all times.Receive incoming phone calls for the Admissions Team, properly identify phone call type, and direct as needed.Call new prospects within 5 minutes of receiving an incoming lead.Process incoming leads from the admissions’ email within 4 hours, including accurately entering the lead in Campus Nexus, reaching out by phone to prospects, attempting to book 1st appointments, scheduling future contact in Campus Nexus, updating prospect status accordingly, and distributing prospects equally amongst Enrollment Advisors.Process incoming leads from outreach events within the same day of receipt, including accurately entering the lead in Campus Nexus, reaching out by phone to prospects, attempting to book 1st appointments, scheduling future contact in Campus Nexus, updating prospect status accordingly, and distributing prospects equally amongst Enrollment Specialists.Process incoming ISIR leads twice a day, including reviewing reports from Financial Aid, locating the lead in Campus Nexus, reaching out by phone to prospects, attempting to book 1st appointments, scheduling future contact in Campus Nexus, updating prospect status accordingly, and distributing prospects equally amongst Enrollment Specialists.Enter new leads accurately into Campus Nexus and other tracking systems according to department standards.Schedule 1st appointments with Enrollment Specialists for prospect calls.Audit day 1-5 prospect calls in Campus Nexus and follow up if no contact has been attempted.Assign follow-up phone calls to Enrollment Specialists in Campus Nexus as needed.Maintain queue of assigned Contact Manager activities in Campus Nexus.Complete special projects or other duties as assigned by leadership.Experience
