Overview
Practice in a top physician-owned group while living in a city with 300+ days of sun, Michelin-star dining, and quick escapes to the Rockies. Flexible schedules (3-5 days), 1-year partnership track, ASC on-site, wRVU incentives, 6 weeks PTO.
Physician Career Tracks
- Partnership Track (Full-Time) - Full-time physicians are eligible for shareholder status after one year, and equity in endoscopy + pathology center equity in Year 2.
- Part-Time or Flexible Schedule - Open to physicians seeking 3-5 days per week. Ideal for those prioritizing work-life balance—whether you\'re raising a family, phasing into retirement, or simply want a more manageable pace.
