Job Description

Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely delivery. Enforce safety standards and quality control procedures. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and trades. Solve problems proactively and maintain a productive job site.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
