Order materialsOperate a forklift or Lull to move and load materialsSchedule and support delivery of materials and equipment (generators, transformers, switchgear)Receive copy of order acknowledgements, compare to packing slipsCheck deliveries for damage and accuracy, document damaged materialDeliver material to ForemanCoordinate with Foremen when material cages are ready to swap out returnMaintain organized material staging area and coordinate returnsTransport electrical materials in a safe, responsible mannerWork with all team members to accomplish the daily shipping scheduleAssist with jobsite clean off with the Warehouse Manager and Field SupervisorsPerform additional ad hoc responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to various office and warehouse / yard projectsDemonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT : People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting RelationshipsWhat You Will Bring
Be familiar with materials used in electrical constructionHave solid experience operating a forklift or material handling LullHave a strong desire to learn and be teachableHave experience ordering, organizing, and moving large and small electrical construction materialsBe physically able to raise, lower, push, pull, or move objects weighing over 75 poundsBe at least 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GEDDemonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving and customer service skillsPossess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse and fast-paced environmentHave a clean Motor Vehicle RecordExercise independent judgment and be motivated to grow and develop professionallyBe able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physicalWeifield Is All About
