Job Overview

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, highly organized Accounting Manager  to take full ownership of our accounting function during a critical growth stage. This is a hands‐on and strategic role : you’ll run the daily accounting cycle while also building the processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure that enable scale. You’ll partner closely with the CFO and leadership to deliver accurate, timely financials, insightful reporting, and strong controls.

What You’ll Be Doing

Core Accounting & Close

• Manage end‐to‐end accounting operations, including AP / AR, payroll, expense reimbursements, and general ledger maintenance .
• Own month‐end and year‐end close , delivering accurate reconciliations and financial statements in accordance with GAAP .
• Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments .
