Description
Our company is seeking a skilled Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the repair and maintenance process for our clients' vehicles.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments for service work and repairs
- Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle repairs
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Check parts invoices and add to work orders
- Complete warranty claims
- Handle payments and end-of-day paperwork
Requirements
Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM
