Job descriptionMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance Health savings account Paid time off State-of-the-art, clean, and safe production facility Career advancement opportunities wit a growing company Onsite perks : EV charging stations and fitness center Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Operate, maintain, and adjust production equipment, including setup, shutdown, and changeovers Use SAP system to track, complete, and confirm work orders Work with the team to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime Communicate with team members and management to ensure efficient production and quality output Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience (food industry experience a plus) Ability to troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems Knowledge of fabrication and small part repair preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to share knowledge, learn from others, and support continuous improvement High school diploma or equivalent preferred
