Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for RFQ and RFP preparation, website maintenance, marketing prep, social media for the firm.

Position could range between part time and full time, with some remote work ability.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience preferred
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency,
• InDesign proficiency required
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to utilize AI for written material a plus
• Graphic design sense for content and layout
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point) is required
• Ability to perform well in high-paced and team environments
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Strong ability to take direction and adhere to set deadlines and guidelines
