Employment Type : Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Salary : $70,000 - 77,500 (based on CCC plus Educational Cert / Instructional Cert)

Your Role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Assessment & Treatment Planning : Conduct assessments, interpret data, and develop individualized treatment plans for students.

Collaboration & Implementation : Work with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver tailored speech-language therapy activities.

Progress Monitoring & Adjustment : Continuously evaluate and modify treatment plans while ensuring clear communication among all team members.

IEP Development & Evaluation : Create IEP goals, administer tests, and provide data-driven support for student progress.

Reporting & Behavior Management : Offer insightful reports and recommendations while utilizing behavior management strategies to foster a positive learning environment.
