Overview

As a Parts Counter / Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers with parts inquiries, and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This role offers the opportunity for growth and development, with the potential to train for a lead position.

Basic Duties

Primarily focus on Sprayers, Combines and Tractors

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with part orders.
• Take after hour parts calls.
• Process orders as they come in.
• Make hydraulic hoses for AG.
• Responsible for shipping / receiving freight using a forklift, inventory storage, and order picking activities.
• Look up part numbers in parts books or online
• Complete required paperwork and computer data entry.
• May perform other related duties as requested and / or assigned.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

This position works in an office environment some of the time and in a warehouse environment. May, on a continuous basis, sit at a desk for a long period of time; answer telephone calls and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 75 lbs. Noise level in the warehouse environment is usually moderate to high, and the noise level in the office environment is usually low to moderate. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Occasional local travel may be required. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
