About the Role : Red River is seeking a CyberArk Lead Engineer to drive our Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives on the Defense Enclave Services (DES) program in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). In this key role, you will lead the transition to CyberArk PAM solutions, ensuring our systems meet stringent DoD cybersecurity requirements. Youll be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining secure PAM architectures while managing a small technical team and supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation, assessments, and audits.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of CyberArk solutions across the DES environment.
• Design and maintain secure PAM architectures and operating procedures.
• Ensure solutions align with DoD RMF, NIST, and DISA cybersecurity standards.
• Support system accreditation activities, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the PAM team.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering and cybersecurity teams to enhance access controls and security postures.
