We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in business taxes, business licensing, and strong Excel skills for a temporary role . You will support business license and tax compliance processes, ensuring accuracy, maintaining records, and assisting clients as needed.

Starting Pay : $20.00 / hr

Hours : Must be available for the typical 7 : 30a-4 : 30p Monday-Friday, or 8 : 00a-5 : 00p

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with processing, renewal, and verification of business licenses and related tax filings.
• Maintain and update client records, perform accurate data entry, and utilize Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Keep organized records of applications, renewals, payments, and correspondence.
• Provide client support and resolve routine issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations.
