Responsibilities
- Process and monitor budget and expense accounts for the department including P-card approvals and reconciliation
- Manage multiple calendars; prioritize and plan work activities using time efficiently
- Gather and evaluate information as well as proofread, compose, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other complex documents for department
- Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, multiple presentations and department events
- Arrange for travel inclusive of complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries; compile documents for travel-related meetings
- Assist in the preparation of monthly budget reports for the department
- Create and manage departmental project calendars
Qualifications
Associates Degree in business or related fieldThree or more years of relevant work experienceMedical and / or Dental experience preferredKnowledge of office practices, technology applications, and reporting systemsBenefits
