Other duties may be assigned. / ph3Customer Service / h3ulliProject a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware. / liliGreet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers by name, when possible, when they are leaving the store. / liliProject a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates. / liliClear customer checkout lines quickly and efficiently. / liliAnswer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously and effectively. / liliCommunicate any problem or issue that requires management assistance. / liliContinually build product knowledge base and possess the ability to assist customers with store layout and product location. / liliAssist in pricing, stocking, marking and bagging of merchandise. / li / ulh3Register Operations / h3ulliFollow all cash register transaction procedures. / liliResponsible for balancing of register drawer. / liliAdhere to any Store Support Center program or promotion that may require implementation at the cash registers. / liliParticipate in store and Cashier meetings. / li / ulh3Front End Appearance and Upkeep / h3ulliKeep the front end, including checkout areas and entrance doors neat and clean at all times.
