Position Overview

We’re seeking a Product Development & Regulatory Specialist who is passionate about clean, compliant, and innovative beauty. This role bridges creativity and compliance — ensuring that every Pacifica product meets the highest global standards for safety, regulatory accuracy, and brand integrity.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-driven, and proactive , with experience in managing compliance systems, ingredient documentation, and regulatory submissions across multiple markets. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Development, Quality, and our external regulatory consultants to ensure all formulas, packaging, and claims are fully compliant and launch-ready.

Location : Remote

Salary Range : $70,000-$75,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Documentation & Systems

• Manage and maintain PIFs (Product Information Files) and supporting documentation for global markets.
• Oversee ingredient reviews and submissions through WERCS , Novi Connect , and UL databases.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of formula data, allergens, SDS, and labeling requirements.
• Maintain product compliance tracking, including MoCRA requirements, FDA registration, and responsible person documentation.
