Our busy, high-end Medical Spa is seeking an organized and people-focused Recruitment & HR Coordinator to help us grow our team. This individual will play a key role in attracting top talent, supporting new hires through onboarding, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming start for every new team member.

Job Overview : Recruitment & HR Coordinator :

The Recruitment & HR Coordinator is responsible for leading all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process. This includes posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the hiring process from start to finish. Once hired, this role will oversee new hire onboarding, assist with benefit enrollment, and support employee documentation and orientation.

This position reports to the HR Director and plays a key role in helping maintain our strong, people-first culture while supporting our company’s growth.

Objectives : Recruitment & HR Coordinator :

  • Manage job postings across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
  • Coordinate the full interview process, including scheduling with department leaders.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Support new hire onboarding, including paperwork (W4s, I9s, M4s) and orientation.
  • Assist with benefits setup and communicate plan options to new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR documentation.
  • Help coordinate shadowing programs and training schedules for new hires.
  • Support HR and management teams in building efficient recruiting and onboarding systems.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to forecast hiring needs and maintain a steady candidate pipeline.

Schedule :

  • Full-time or part-time (minimum 24 hours per week, up to 40 hours).
  • Must be available on Tuesdays for onboarding and orientation.
