Role Overview
As the Advanced Manufacturing Market Leader , you will oversee market P&L, strategic direction, project development, sales, client relations, organizational growth, and contract negotiations. This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to shape and transform the advanced manufacturing sector by leveraging specialized engineering expertise to develop and execute complex EPC and design-build projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic and tactical business plans aligned with company goals.
- Implement client development and sales strategies to meet business objectives, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
- Lead client account management to ensure satisfaction and foster future opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior executives across engineering, procurement, and construction to showcase capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of Design & Engineering practices with technical and industry insights.
- Manage P / L results for the market segment, coordinating with the CFO on financial forecasts and budgets.
- Guide project teams to maintain efficient execution within dynamic environments.
- Coordinate resource needs within a matrix organizational structure.
- Establish and nurture OEM relationships aligned with market strategies.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop project management staff.
- Negotiate complex project and contract terms, including full-scope EPC services.
- Measure success by new business acquisition, client satisfaction, project outcomes, and business growth.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent extensive experience.20+ years of progressive EPC experience in advanced manufacturing projects, managing projects valued at $250M+.Deep understanding of construction costs, contract negotiation, and project administration.Proven leadership in managing large, cross-functional teams and developing talent.Strong business development skills and customer decision-making insight.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.Meticulous attention to scope management and cost control.Additional Information
