Responsibilities :
Prepare and handle dough with mastery and consistency
Stretch and shape dough by hand with precision
Work with various dough styles, hydration levels, and fermentation methods
Support the kitchen with premium-quality dough for service
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
Requirements :
Strong experience working with dough, shaping, and stretching by hand
Deep understanding of dough structure, fermentation, and hydration
Experience with Mediterranean doughs is a major plus , especially :
Pide, Lahmacun, flatbreads, lavash, or similar dough-based dishes
Passion for dough craft, consistency, and technique
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
