Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) Skilled Nursing Facility
We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven leader with a strong background in long-term care (LTC) and SNF rehabilitation .
Key Responsibilities :
- ? Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA).
- ? Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes .
- ? Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients .
- ? Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- ? Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics.
- ? Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
