• Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated

• Clinician / Therapist / Counselor
• to join our residential treatment team. This is a
• full-time SundayThursday position
• ideal for someone who thrives in a
• fast-paced inpatient setting
• and has strong experience working with
• mental health and co-occurring substance use populations

Each clinician carries a caseload of approximately

• 912 patients
• , providing both
• individual and group therapy
• daily. Morning groups are facilitated with your assigned caseload, while afternoons are dedicated to individual sessions, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide daily group and individual therapy for assigned caseload.
• Document patient progress and maintain records in compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, and care coordination teams to ensure integrated, person-centered care.
• Participate in clinical meetings, treatment reviews, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Support the therapeutic community through consistent presence, professionalism, and engagement.
• Qualifications
• Active
• Pennsylvania clinical license or certification
• required (LPC, LCSW, LSW, CADC, or CAADC).
• Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of
• 1 year of experience
• in a mental health or co-occurring inpatient or residential setting strongly preferred.
• Excellent clinical documentation, communication, and crisis-intervention skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
