Job descriptionOversee general ledger accounting, payroll, and title functions Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and dashboards for leadership Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, partnering with department heads to align financial goals Monitor dealership performance metrics and provide insights to support operational decisions Supervise accounting staff, providing coaching, oversight, and development opportunities Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in automotive / dealership environments Strong general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting skills Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
Assistant Controller

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
A well-established automotive dealership in the Southeast Columbus area is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to lead core accounting operations and support financial strategy.
