Enrollment Services Work-Study
Federal Work-Study positions are part-time positions hired each semester and are for current Ivy Tech students. The Enrollment Services Work-Study is critical in supporting the Enrollment Services team and enhancing the overall student experience. This position is ideal for students who wish to develop strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills while contributing to the success of their peers. The Enrollment Services Work-Study will provide clerical and administrative support, assist with scheduling and organizing events, give tours of the campus, and help students navigate enrollment processes.
Major Responsibilities
Greet students and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain tidy and organized office spaces, ensuring all enrollment and admission materials are up to date and accessible.
Help with the coordination of special projects, such as orientation sessions, advising fairs, or workshops on enrollment, academic planning, and transfer processes.
Qualifications
No prior experience is required, though customer service or office support experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Friendly, professional, and customer service oriented.
Working Conditions
Starting Salary Range : $15.00 per hour
