We are seeking a driven Distribution Operations Manager with established relationships to help accelerate growth through the
recruitment of new partners while also helping to scale our current channel partners. This involves implementing sales strategies
and programs designed to drive revenue through the partner network and expand product listings to ensure their sales teams are
effective. You will report to the Director of Channel Sales and work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to
accelerate channel revenue.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Responsibilities :
- Serves as the primary point of contact for partner-related inquiries and escalations
- Works directly with channel partners generating quotes, capturing deal registrations, and tracks successful deal closures
- Provides logistical support by being a liaison between the distribution channel, customer service, and logistics
- Develops forecasting models to analyze sales data, identifying trends to assist in forecasting future demand while
considering optimal reorder points and safety stock levels.
Works with product management by collecting and distributing certificates of analysis / conformance to channel partners asneeded
Monitors supplier scorecards and objectively manages KPIs to reduce risk, improve accountability, and help make informedstrategic decisions
Assist in the management of contract pricing as well as off-cycle strategic price sheetsCultivate existing relationships and update partners on new product offerings and provide data for SKU maintenanceManage and assist in the growth of current channel partners via email and phone callQUALIFICATIONS

3–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner account management, or related rolesProven success in growing revenue through partner relationshipsStrong understanding of A / V distribution, network cabling, and other consumer electronic solutionsExperience working with VARs in the IT solutions ecosystemExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsExperience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teamsAnalytical skills include : inventory management, forecasting, strategic price negotiating, and interpretation of market datato drive strategic decisions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Tableau, NetSuite, HubSpot, SPS Commerce, Salesforce, or other CRM toolsPrior experience working with enterprise, SLED, GSA, SEWP contracts a plus
