Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and exceed member expectations
Respond to member inquiries and assist with requests related to services and benefits
Document member interactions and maintain accurate records for effective follow-up
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or Medicare Advantage
High school diploma or GED; college degree may substitute for experience
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Commercial, and Medicare Managed Care Plans preferred
Ability to handle large call volumes and complex inquiries efficiently
