We are seeking a dedicated\nand experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family\nMedicine team as a floating provider. This role will support patient care\nacross multiple outpatient family medicine sites in Abbeville,

Greenwood,\nLaurens,

McCormick, and Saluda counties in South Carolina. The ideal candidate\nwill be passionate about patient-centered care, preventive health, and chronic\ndisease management, while building strong, trusting relationships with patients\nand their families.

care services to patients across the lifespan.

Practice Registered Nurse / Nurse Practitioner program or
