Gate Attendant I
Reports to : Lodge Manager
Level : Hourly
Scope : Responsible for maintaining a safe and threat-free environment for all employees and residents through compliance with Target Hospitality security protocol.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Enforcing all camp rules and regulation outlined in the Target Hospitality Employee Handbook.
- Assist in monitoring and logging all authorized visitors, guests, and vendors via various vehicle check points.
- Perform periodic walkthroughs and room checks in a respectful manner.
- Exceed our guests needs by providing world-class customer service
- Report all dangerous, threatening, or unsafe activities to the appropriate responders.
Physical Demands :
Stand and squat for long periods of time (up to 12 hours or more) with scheduled breaksShort and long-distance walking requiredUse of stairs and step stoolsUse force when pushing / pulling carts that weigh on average 50lbsAbility to work in a physically demanding high stress environmentFrequently lift an average weight of 25lbs with a maximum of 50lbs, on occasion where weights may exceed 50lbs the assistance of another person or a lifting aid is mandatoryFrequently reach below waist, waist to shoulder and above shoulder with frequent neck / back / torso twisting from left to right without restrictionOccasional exposure to manual dexterity with the ability to type and use 10-keyWorking Conditions Environment :
