We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Bloomington, Minnesota. As a long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting our healthcare-focused organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization.
• Administer benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on available options.
• Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data and compliance.
• Handle leave administration, including processing requests and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with managers to support workforce planning and organizational development.
• Create and implement HR policies that align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to employees on HR-related procedures and systems.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate reports and analyze HR metrics.
• Assist with compliance audits and reporting to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.• Proven experience in employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
• Strong knowledge of human resources administration and practices.
• Familiarity with benefits management and related processes.
• Proficiency in using HRIS platforms for data management and reporting.
• Experience in leave administration and understanding of relevant laws.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
