About the Opportunity

A distinguished  premium restaurant group  is seeking an experienced and passionate  Beverage Director  to lead the development and execution of an exceptional beverage program across its portfolio. This individual will bring expertise in wine, spirits, and mixology, blending creativity with strategic oversight to elevate the guest experience.

The ideal candidate has a  Sommelier certification , a deep understanding of beverage trends, and a proven record of building profitable, guest-focused beverage programs in fine dining or premium casual environments.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Development

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive beverage programs across multiple restaurant concepts.
• Curate wine lists and beverage menus that align with each concept’s culinary identity and enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, distributors, and wineries to source unique and high-quality products.
• Monitor market trends to continuously evolve and innovate the beverage offerings.
