Program Director I - Membership - Utica & Waterpark

YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley is seeking a Membership Director to join our team overseeing membership at our Utica Ridge YMCA and YMCA Waterpark at the Landing! If you're a people-person with strong leadership skills and a passion for community, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do :

• Lead membership operations at the Utica YMCA and YMCA Waterpark at the Landing
• Hire, train, and develop member service staff.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment for all members and guests.
• Help create an outstanding experience for our members & guests
