Traditional Home Care A locally owned and operated Home Care Agency is seeking reliable experienced direct support professionals to provide one-on-one non-medical support to our individuals diagnosed with intellectual developmental disabilities autism mental health behavioral diagnoses etc.

NOW HIRING : Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location : Montrose PA and surrounding areas

Shift : Part-time Weekday Weekend EveningShifts Available!

Job duties include :

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing grooming dressing)
• Companionship
• Appropriate communication / social skilled
• Light housekeeping and chores
• Ensuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skills
• Meeting individual goals and outcomes
• Promoting community involvement (outings activities errands etc.)

Position Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements :

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
