Key Responsibilities :

• Execute installations for residential remodeling projects (e.g., framing, enclosures, flooring, fixtures)
• Read and interpret scope-of-work documents
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
• Adapt to site conditions and resolve minor issues independently
• Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations
