Tech Lead

A company is looking for a Tech Lead (M / F / D) - Remote (EMEA, GMT+ / -2).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Head of Product to create a technical roadmap and represent engineering in product discussions

Lead AI-native development and integrate AI tools to enhance team productivity

Write high-quality code, evolve full-stack architecture, and ensure best practices in DevOps

Required Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a senior role within a high-growth SaaS environment

Expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React

Deep experience with AWS Serverless and Terraform

Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders

Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production at scale
