What you’ll be responsible for :
EZRA’s Multi Service Center is a community-based service center that provides emergency services to Chicago’s Edgewater, Uptown and Lakeview communities. We are seeking a compassionate Case Manager to support clients in crisis by providing financial assistance, financial literacy programming, benefits advocacy, and help navigating available resources. This role involves direct client services, program facilitation, and cross-department collaboration to promote long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
What you’ll be doing :
Conduct screenings, intakes, and assessments for clients in need of emergency services and financial assistance.
Contribute to the development and facilitation of client-centered programming, including monthly budgeting workshops and other departmental programming for clients.
Enter case notes accurately and on a timely basis.
