Job description

A not-for-profit healthcare system in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina seeks a Medical Oncologist / Hematologist withexcellent quality of life in an outpatient-only practice setting with no competition in the market.

Practice Highlights

Joining a team of 4 providers - 1 Hem / Onc and 3 Nurse Practitioners
Average 14-16 patients / day (70% oncology / 30% hematology)
Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and Breast Surgeon on-site
NO inpatient responsibilities - Nurse Practitioners handle all inpatient consults
Phone call (very minimal)
EPIC EMR
Active clinical trials (UNC affiliate)

Compensation and Benefits

Base compensation $475,000-$500,000 based on experience + Production

$50,000-$75,000 Signing Bonus

$4,000 CME

Six weeks PTO
