Commercial Superintendent

Role Overview :

As a Construction Superintendent, you'll oversee on-site construction, ensuring quality, safety, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction from groundbreaking through final punch list.

Responsibilities :

• Lead site management with a focus on longevity, attention to detail, and commitment.
• Supervise all phases of ground-up and renovation projects.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a strong safety record.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, scheduling, and crew logistics.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, PMs, and field teams.
• Travel occasionally (a few hours), minimal overnight stays.
