The Medical Director Physician oversees the care of the frail and elderly population. This role requires board certification in Internal or Family Medicine, along with geriatric-specific qualifications. The position involves participation in on-call rotations and demands a clean malpractice history as well as relevant certifications.

  • Participates in provider on-call rotation as required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly population is required.
  • Not accepting visa candidates
  • Provider must be interested in Perm (not accepting Locums)

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - REQUIRED
  • Board Certified in Geriatrics (Fellowship-trained) or Certificate of Added Qualifications in Geriatric Medicine (to be completed prior to start) - HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • IN license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • Clean Malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • CDS Certification (by time of start) - REQUIRED
  • DEA Verbal Confirmation (by time of start) - REQUIRED
  • BLS (by time of start) - REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly population (add to "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
  • Previous supervisory experience (add to "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
  • Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
