State Licensed Specialty Counselor

A company is looking for a Statewide Specialty Counselor to support small business clients throughout New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized one-on-one counseling and develop customized strategies for small business clients

Conduct group training sessions and webinars on various business topics

Collaborate with other counselors and maintain relationships with statewide small business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Three to five years of relevant professional experience in consulting or advisory roles

Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM software systems

Ability to travel occasionally throughout the state as needed

Experience in business planning, financial management, and compliance matters preferred
