We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Assistant to join our team in Miami, Florida. As a key support figure, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of the office and enhance the team's productivity.

Responsibilities :

Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains welcoming and detail-oriented at all times.

Oversee office operations, including maintaining supplies and ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked.

Coordinate meetings and handle catering arrangements to support staff and client needs.

Assist with inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.

Support direct sales efforts by preparing materials and maintaining customer records.

Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.

Address and resolve administrative issues quickly and efficiently.

Maintain a high level of organization in all tasks to ensure smooth workflows.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements :

Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in managing both inbound and outbound sales activities.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Familiarity with basic office management practices and tools.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Comfortable using technology to coordinate tasks and maintain records.
