We are seeking a Life Enrichment Aide that will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents. The Life Enrichment Aide will help by facilitating engaging activities and events. This position will work directly with the Life Enrichment Director to facilitate age-appropriate activities for an Assisted Living Facility.
Duties :
- Lead recreational activities in the Assisted Living Community
- Aide the Life Enrichment Director in even planning and coordination of social gatherings
- Communicate effectively to residents, families, and staff to promote participation in activities
- Offers compassion and emotional support to residents
- May be required to assist and aide with activities in Memory Care
