Key Responsibilities
Cultivate partnerships with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance
Lead HR projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition, retention, and employee relations
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
6+ years of progressive HR experience
Ability to mentor and guide HR professionals
Knowledge of key HR practice areas, such as compensation and talent management
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
