• Address patients' and families' complex psychological, emotional, and social needs.\n
• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.\n
• Document patient histories, symptoms, and care provided thoroughly and accurately.\n
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers by assessing learning needs and providing relevant resources.\n\nJob Requirements : \n\nEducation / Skills : \n
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.\n\nExperience : \n
• 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred.\n\nLicenses, Registrations, or Certifications : \n
• Current BLS certification is required.\n
• Valid RN license in the state of employment or compact is needed.\n\nPosition Requirements : \n\nYour role as a Nurse also includes : \n
• Participation in New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.\n
• Working closely with a designated preceptor to ensure a smooth onboarding process.\n
